For when the admin eats your evenings

You started your business to do what you love. Not the admin.

Nobody opens a business to answer the same five questions, chase confirmations, and fix spreadsheets at night. I look at how your business actually runs, find the busywork and the tech gaps nobody warned you about, and hand what I can to AI and better tools, so you get your time back for the work you started this for.

Based north of Boston. In person on the North Shore, remote anywhere.

Three ways to work with me

Not sure where to start? Start with the assessment. If you already know the job you want gone, go straight to a setup. Training works on its own or alongside either one.

  1. 1. Start here

    AI Time-Back Assessment

I map how your business actually runs and hand you a ranked list of the jobs AI and better tools can take off your plate.

    • About 1–2 weeks
    • Fixed fee
  2. 2. Then

    Done-for-You AI Setup

I set up the reminders, follow-ups, assistants, and connections inside the tools you already pay for, then hand them over working.

    • Runs in your accounts
    • Fixed price per job
  3. 3. Anytime

    Hands-On AI Training

You and your team learn to hand AI real work, practicing on your own tasks, in person or remote.

    • 1 to 25 people
    • Taught by a BU adjunct professor

Not sure which fits? The free 30-minute call sorts it out. I'll tell you what I'd do in your shoes, even if the answer is "nothing yet."

Built for businesses under 25 people

Size is a rough guide. What matters more is that the owner can make the call and has one job they're tired of doing.

Owner-run

1–5 people

You are the tech person. We start with the one job that eats your evenings.

Small team

Best fit

6–15 people

Work passes between people and gets dropped or re-typed. That's where a lot of time can hide.

Growing team

16–25 people

Everyone uses AI a little and nobody the same way. We pick one workflow, set it up well, and train the team on it.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    A 30-minute conversation

You tell me the one job that eats your week. I tell you honestly whether AI can take it, and what it would take.

In person, by phone, or on video. Free.

  2. Step 2

We pick the tools, I set them up

First we decide what to use: the tools you already pay for, or something better if it clearly earns its place. Then I set it up and you run it for a week while I watch for rough edges.

    Usually running within two weeks.

  3. Step 3

We measure it, then I step back

We agree up front on what "working" means for you: hours back, faster replies to customers, fewer no-shows, fewer mistakes, or bookings you used to miss. If it isn't delivering, we change it or stop. If it is, it's yours: it runs in your accounts and keeps working without me.

Before-and-after numbers on what matters to you.

Fair questions

What does it cost?

It depends on the job. After the 30-minute call you get a fixed price for the first job, in writing, before any work starts.

What does "AI fluent" mean?

Using AI comfortably for real work, the way you already use email. You know what to hand it, how to check what comes back, and what to keep for yourself. I teach it on your own tasks, not generic examples.

Is this only about AI?

No. I start with a plain look at how your business runs. Some fixes are AI, some are a better tool, and some are just a simpler process. You get whichever actually saves time.

Can you set up Hermes, OpenClaw, or another AI assistant for me?

Yes. I pick the one that fits, set up the server if you want to host it yourself, connect it to your email and calendar, and walk you through using it. You don't touch the technical parts.

Do I need to buy new software?

Usually not. I start with what you already pay for: your email, calendar, booking app, and any AI subscription you have. If something new would clearly pay for itself, I'll say so and show you why.

Is my customer data safe?

Everything is set up inside your own accounts, and you keep the passwords and ownership, so it stays with you, not me. Where a business or team plan keeps your data out of AI training, I use it. I don't copy your customer data into my own systems.

How long until it's running?

The first job is scoped to be running within two weeks. Bigger projects get a written plan with dates first.

What if it doesn't work?

We measure what we agreed on, before and after. If the numbers don't move, we adjust it or stop. You're never locked into a contract for something that isn't helping.
