I make AI do real work. For a five-person shop or a 13,000-person enterprise.

Project, program, product, and portfolio leader, Boston University professor, and co-author of The AI Revolution in Project Management. I help small businesses hand off their busywork, and I help organizations get AI adopted at scale.

I'm an enterprise AI and PMO leader with more than a decade of turning new technology into measurable results across healthcare, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and regulated technology. My specialty is the gap between executive strategy and production-scale delivery: getting C-suite and enterprise stakeholders behind one roadmap, governing complex portfolios, maturing PMOs from reactive to outcomes-driven, and shipping AI platforms that stick.

I led the cross-functional delivery team behind TakVisor, the flagship enterprise AI assistant in the Digital Data and Technology division, partnering with executive sponsors across a global initiative. It serves 13,000+ employees at 25+ manufacturing sites in five regions, using RAG-based semantic search, multilingual OCR, and agentic AI to cut document discovery time by 70–90%. The TakVisor team earned a 2025 AWS Digital Innovation Award.

As IT Portfolio Manager and de facto Chief of Staff to the CIO, I governed more than $160M a year in capital and operating IT spend. I led the PMO and implemented the enterprise Project Management Information System (PMIS) from an all-spreadsheet start. I organized and governed the MassHealth quality incentive program portfolio alongside the Regulatory Team, and governed the 26 IT projects that directly enabled BMC's $90M enterprise Performance Improvement (PI) program. I recovered $2M+ through a purchase-order audit and built the executive analytics that guided resource decisions through a major health system acquisition.

Boston UniversityBoston University

As an Adjunct Professor at Metropolitan College, I designed one of the earliest AI-integrated project management graduate courses in the country, drawing directly on production work with enterprise RAG and agentic systems, and I mentor the next generation of project and technology leaders, including how to present to executives. I co-authored The AI Revolution in Project Management (2023), endorsed by PMI's President and Chief of Staff and by Ricardo Vargas, and contributed to PMI's Pushing the Limits (2024).

AD 807 course description
How I work

I learn a business fast. At Takeda I absorbed pharmaceutical CMC manufacturing in under a year and turned around a stalled platform in two weeks. I run delivery agile, traditional, or hybrid, whichever fits the team and the work. My work spans program, product, and technical program management, from owning MyChart as its product manager at BMC to leading technical delivery at Takeda. Outside work, I build AI agent systems hands-on, which keeps my leadership close to how the technology actually works.

Disciplines I work across

  • Project, program, and portfolio management

Choosing the work, coordinating it, and delivering it.

  • Business analysis

Finding the real need and writing it down so it can be built.

  • Product management

Deciding what to build, and getting it used.

Education

MS in Computer Information Systems, IT Project Management concentration, Boston University. BS in Health Science, magna cum laude, Northeastern University. PMP, PMI-ACP, and CSPO certified.

Today I do both: I help organizations get AI adopted at scale, and I help small businesses find the one job costing them the most time, fix it with tools they already have, and prove it worked.
